MONTHS OF THE YEAR

October is coming,  and with it, the autumn, the rain ... and Halloween. As we are changing the month, we are learning the names of the months in English. We uploaded on the blog the "Months" chant, to keep singing and practicing at home.

Octubre está llegando, y con él, el otoño, la lluvia... y Halloween. Aprovechando el cambio de mes, estamos aprendiendo el nombre de los meses en Inglés. Subimos al blog la canción de "Los meses del año", para seguir cantando y practicando en casa.

MONTHS OF THE YEAR

In a few weeks we will work on the Seasons didactic unit. By then, it is important that students know how to say (and write) the months of the year in English, to facilitate the understanding of the contents of the didactic unit. Singing this song the children are learning the months of the year, associating them to different events and special days of the year.

Dentro de unas semanas comenzaremos a trabajar la unidad didáctica sobre Las Estaciones del año. Para entonces, es importante que los alumnos sepan ya cómo se dicen (y se escriben) los meses del año en Inglés, para facilitar así la comprensión del tema. Cantando esta canción los niños están aprendiendo los meses del año, asociándolos a diferentes momentos y fechas especiales del año.
