HOUSES, HOUSES, HOUSES
This week we finished the dicactic unit on "Houses", which included types of houses, the materials they are made of, rooms, furniture ... It was an intense work, complemented by the project on Castles. To finish the unit, we uploaded the link to a short online story about houses.
Esta semana hemos terminado la unidad didáctica sobre "La Casa", los tipos de casas, los materiales de los que están hechas, las habitaciones, los muebles... Ha sido una unidad intensa, complementada por el proyecto sobre los Castillos. Como cierre de la unidad, subimos al blog el enlace a una pequeña historia online sobre casas.

THE HOUSE
This week we continue with the didactic unit "Houses: types, elements, materials and furniture." We uploaded on the blog two of the songs we've been singing in class. The first is a video, that you can watch and sing at home with children. The second are the lyrics in English of a popular children's song in Spanish: "Yo tengo una casita" With the same tune, you can sing the English version.
Esta semana seguimos con la unidad didáctica: "Casas: tipos, elementos, materiales y mobiliario". Subimos al blog dos de las canciones que hemos estado cantando en clase. La primera es un video, que podéis ver y cantar en casa con los niños. La segunda es la letra en Inglés de una conocida canción infantil en castellano: "Yo tengo una casita". Con la misma melodía, podéis cantar la versión en Inglés.

THE THREE LITTLE PIGS
This week we started working on the didactic unit about "Houses", what types of houses are, what materials they are made of, what are the names of the rooms of a house ... As a teaching resource we used the story of "The Three Little Pigs." We uploaded the video with classic Disney version (the link to the video on Youtube), and the PowerPoint we used to tell the story.

Esta semana hemos comenzado a trabajar la unidad didáctica sobre "Las Casas", qué tipos de casas hay, de qué materiales están hechas, cómo se llaman las habitaciones de una casa... Como recurso didáctico hemos utilizado el cuento de "Los tres cerditos". Subimos al blog el video con la versión clásica de Disney (el enlace del video en Youtube), y el Power Point que hemos utilizado para contar la historia.
