FUNNY BONES

In second grade, we have just started the didactic units on Bones and Muscles. Children will learn about bones, their functions, their names, their place in the skeleton... and we will also have fun, of course. We upload today the first episode of "Funny Bones", funny english cartoons for children. 

En 2º de primaria acabamos de empezar la unidad didáctica sobre Huesos y Músculos. Los niños y niñas aprenderán muchas cosas sobre los huesos, sus funciones, sus nombres, su lugar en el esqueleto... y también nos lo pasaremos muy bien. Hoy subimos al blog el primer capítulo de "Funny Bones", unos divertidos dibujos animados en inglés para niños.

THE HUMAN BODY. FIRST GRADE

Two week ago we started the didactic unit on the Human body. We uploaded on the blog a couple of songs we're learning in class, "Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes" and "If you're happy and you know it ..." Two action songs to review some body parts, learn some instructions, and enjoy them a lot.

Hace dos semanas comenzamos la unidad didáctica sobre El Cuerpo Humano. Subimos al blog un par de canciones que estamos aprendiendo en clase, "Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes", y "If you're happy and you know it..." Son dos canciones para repasar las algunas partes del cuerpo, aprender algunas instrucciones, y pasárselo realmente bien.

WHERE IS THUMBKIN?

This week we learned the name of the fingers: Thumbkin, Pointer, Tall Man, Ring Man and Pinky, our favorite one. To remember them we have also learned a fun song that we uploaded  on the blog so you can sing with children at home.

Esta semana hemos aprendido el nombre de los dedos: Thumbkin, Pointer, Tall man, Ring man y Pinky, nuestro favorito. Para recordarlos también hemos aprendido una divertida canción, que subimos al blog para que podáis cantarla con los niños en casa.

We are still working on the Human Body didactic unit. This week we'll review the parts of the body with this song "This is me".
